Ride inside BlackBird

Long story short......
Hit the track last night. BlackBird is BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The issue with the car cutting and missing that we've been battling for about 2 fucking months is GONE. We've got full power back and the car is pulling hard. Maybe alittle too hard. haha. Completely sideways out of the hole on every pass. No records last night but we did manage to get Theresa in the beast for one run to do alittle "in car".
Hope you enjoyed the ride Theresa and thanks for being brave. She knew that we were skating the track all night but she hopped in to give you guys a view I don't think you've seen before.

Also, I checked your logs from last night. Your were breaking the tires loose in 1st - 2nd & 3rd gear, gota get Dave to do more track prep. lol.

Thats insane! big props to Theresa for keeping the camera steady for the most part, I know it probably wasn't easy... My heart was pounding just watching.

Well it never seems to take much for us to get ridiculed on the internet. You post up a simple vid and people pick and stab at it like a bunch of Nazi's.

We put it up on another (local) car forum, thinking some may be interested in the view that was captured.

This video was filmed to give others a view of the driver and what goes on with him during a 1/4 mile run in a 10 sec car.

Based upon the rules:

Should he have worn his jacket, YES.
Should he have taken a passenger, NO.

However, with that said, this was done in a controlled environment with a very experienced driver that has hundreds of full race runs under his belt. It was NOT done on a street like many of the vids you see all over the internet.

We do not encourage street racing, hotdogging in parking lots or any other form of uncontrolled racing.
